Step Descriptions

STEPS FORWARD, TOE TOUCHES FORWARD & BACK WITH HIP BUMPS, X2
Step forward on right foot, step forward on left foot,
Touch right toes forward pushing hips to right,
Push hips left with weight back on left foot,
Touch right toes back pushing hips to right,
Push hips left taking weight on left foot,
Repeat steps 1-4&.
Steps 3&4& and 7&8& can be replaced with rock steps.

SHUFFLE BACK, COASTER STEP, TOUCH & HIP BUMPS, HEEL BALL CHANGE
Step diagonally back on right foot,
Close left foot beside right foot, step diagonally back on right foot,
Step back on left foot, step right foot beside left foot, step forward on left,
Touch right toes forward, bumping hips right, left, right, left,
Weight remains on left.
Touch right heel forward, step right foot beside left foot, step left foot in place.

RIGHT TRIPLE, ROCK STEP 1/4 TURN LEFT, X2
Step right, left, right moving slightly forward,
Rock forward on left foot, rock back onto right foot, step left foot 1/4 turn left,
Step right, left, right moving slightly forward,
Rock forward on left foot, rock back onto right foot, step left foot 1/4 turn left.
The triple steps in this section should have some hip action but not move far.

SYNCOPATED TOE TOUCHES & SIDE ROCK
Touch right toes to right side, touch right toes beside left foot,
Touch right heel forward, step right foot beside left foot,
Rock to left side on left foot, rock in place onto right foot, step left foot beside right foot,
Touch right toes to right side, touch right toes beside left foot,
Touch right heel forward, step right foot beside left foot,
Rock to left side on left foot, rock in place onto right foot, step left foot beside right foot.
