STEP, CROSS BEHIND, 1/4 TURN LEFT, JUMPS, KICK BALL CHANGE, THRUST, JUMPS BACK Step left foot to left side, cross right foot behind left foot, Step left foot 1/4 turn foot, jump forward on both feet, Kick right foot forward, step right foot beside left foot, step left foot in place, Push hips forward, jump back twice.
SNAKE ROLLS LEFT & RIGHT STEP BACK, STOMP, 1/4 TURN LEFT WITH HEEL TAPS Snake roll to left, (Using your head as lead) Snake roll to right, (Using your head as lead) Step back on left foot, stomp forward on right foot, Turn head 1/4 turn left, (Hold body position) Tap both heel three times whilst making 1/4 turn to left.
HITCHES & SIDE STEPS RIGHT, POINT, SWEEP, FULL TURN RIGHT & ROCKS Hitch right knee across left leg, Step right foot to right side, slide left foot beside right foot taking weight, Hitch right knee across left leg, Step right foot to right side, slide left foot beside right taking weight, Point right toes forward, Sweep right foot around to cross behind left foot, Unwind full turn right, Step left foot beside right foot rocking hips left, rock hips right.
HITCHES & SIDE STEPS LEFT, POINT, SWEEP, FULL TURN LEFT & ROCKS Hitch left knee across right leg, Step left foot to left side, slide right foot beside left foot taking weight, Hitch left knee across right leg, Step left foot to left side, slide right foot beside left foot taking weight, Point left toes forward, Sweep left foot around to cross behind right foot, Unwind a full turn left, Step right foot beside left foot rocking hips right, rock hips left.
ROCKING CHAIR 1/4 TURN LEFT, HEEL TWISTS, PIGEON TOES MOVING TO THE LEFT Rock forward on right foot, rock back onto left foot, Rock back on right foot, rock forward onto left foot, Step right foot beside left foot twisting heels right, to make 1/4 turn left, Twist heels to right, twist heels to centre, Swivel left toes and right heel to left, Swivel left heel and right toes to left, Swivel left toes and right heel to left, Swivel left heel and right toes to left, Swivel left toes and right heel to left.
