Touch left heel forward, step left foot beside right foot,

Step forward on left foot, hold for one count (weight is on both feet),
Roll hips full circle left,
Roll hips full circle right, step left foot beside right foot.

Cross right foot behind left foot, unwind 1/2 turn right (weight ends on right foot),
Step forward on left foot, lock right foot behind left foot, step forward on left foot.

On ball of left foot swivel body to right diagonal, stepping right foot to right side,
On ball of right foot swivel body to left diagonal, stepping left foot to left side,
On ball of left foot swivel body to right diagonal, stepping right foot to right side,
Close left foot beside right foot, step right foot to right side,
On ball of right foot swivel body to left diagonal, stepping left foot to left side,
On ball of left foot swivel body to right diagonal, stepping right foot to right side,

Step left foot beside right foot, rock forward on right foot, rock back on left foot,
On ball of left foot make 1/2 turn right, stepping right foot forward,
Scuff left foot forward,
Rock forward on left foot, rock  back onto right foot,
Step back on left foot, step right foot beside left foot.
