Touch right heel forward, step right foot beside left foot,

Cross rock right foot over left foot, rock back onto left foot,
Step right foot to right side, close left foot beside right foot, step right foot to right side.

HEEL SWITCHES, TOE TOUCH, CROSS ROCK, CHASSE LEFT WITH 1/4 TURN LEFT
Touch left heel forward, step left foot beside right foot,
Touch right heel forward, step right foot beside left foot,
Touch left toe back, step left foot beside right foot,

Cross rock left foot over right foot, rock back onto right foot,

The full turn can be replaces by a triple step with no turn.

Step right toes forward, drop right heel taking weight,
