1-2 Touch right heel forward, touch right foot in place,
3-4 Touch right heel forward twice.

LEFT HEEL TAPS
5-6 Quickly step right foot in place as you touch left heel forward, touch left foot in place,
7-8 Touch left heel forward twice.

RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT HEEL TAPS AND CLAP
9 Touch right heel forward, switching left foot back in place,
10 Touch left heel forward, switching right foot in place,
11 Touch right heel forward, switching left foot in place,
12 Clap.

BUMP RIGHT HIPS FORWARD TWICE, BUMP LEFT HIPS BACKWARD TWICE
13-14 (With hips angled to right), bump hips forward twice,
15-16 Bump hips back twice.

BUMP HIPS FORWARD AND BACK TWICE
17-18 Grind hips forward (2 counts),
